Super Bowl Ad Awards

Well, just checked out ifilm to watch the famous commercials, and I wasn't disappointed.

So here are the Fox awards for the best superbowl ads (not affiliated with Fox Broadcasting)

Funniest ad - Charmin Bear in the Game, but only cuz I had a QB who liked to do that trying to get me to jump offside in the lineup (ick)

Funniest Run - Tie between Bud Light ads and the AOL. I think AOL is the slight winner cuz the used OC choppers, but Bud light had more.

Worst ad - The Gillette Angel by your side ad. God this thing was stupid.

Product I want most - Any of the Chevy's... that Aveo looks really cool, and maybe even affordable for a Youth Minister!

Most inspiring - Linux: Muhammad Ali, Shake up the World

Best Message - Truth - Glass Freeze Pops
Most Creative - Truth - Glass Freeze Pops

Worst Values - Pepsi - Most of their ads (although still funny) Runner up on this one is the bud light lipstick one.

Least creative - Gillette Quattro

Worst attempt at a positive message - White House ONDCP anti drug commercial (good message, just came across as a bunch of Narcs in suits who put it together)

Honourable mentions - Mastercard's Homer Commercial, The NFL inspirational ones... both pretty good. The Mitsubishi see what happens. (go to www.seewhathappens.com for a high quality view of the commercial, and the making of it)
